Our artificial flowers are crafted from high-quality silk or plastic, sourced from top UK suppliers. Handle them with care, as some parts may be detachable. To ensure they last a lifetime, keep them out of direct sunlight to prevent color fading.

Delivery

Delivery is free in the UK. All flowers are posted first class.

Delivery overseas will be charged depending on location. This is to ensure your item is insured, track and signed.

All flowers can take 2-3 weeks to make and post. If you need a specific date please contact me prior to arrange.

Delivery times may vary depending on size of your order. If you are ordering multiple items please contact me for more specific delivery times.

For delivery overseas please allow for any customs or import taxes. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Wedding packages

Wedding packages are available in all designs and a range of sizes. These can be tailored to suit your wedding. If you require a wedding package please contact me.

How can I book my wedding flowers in advance?

Accepted Answer

Want to order your flowers but have no space to store them? Book ahead and save a date for delivery. We'll create your flowers and post them in time for your wedding day, so you don't need to store them. A 50% deposit is required to save your date, covering the cost of the flowers. The remaining balance is due the day before shipping. Contact us to discuss your wedding flowers and secure your date!

If you would like any specific flowers, colours or arrangements, I am happy to work with you to make your ideas to come to life. Please contact me with your ideas.

How are the flowers packaged for delivery?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are posted in a box, wrapped in honeycomb wrap and tissue paper. Large orders may require separate packaging to ensure safe arrival. Carefully unwrap your order to check for any damage. Contact us immediately if there is any damage. Store bouquets upright to keep them perfect for your big day. Buttonholes come with a pin for easy attachment.

Colour matching

If you have a specific colour theme to your wedding, I am happy to work with you to match the colour to your flowers.

In some circumstances I may need a sample of your colour. Please contact me to discuss your ideas.

Cancellations & Refunds

Your order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. I make orders with my suppliers the day after your purchase.

I do not accept refunds.

If your order is damaged or lost please contact me as soon as possible and I will work with you to resolve any issues.

How should I care for my artificial and dried flowers?

**Unpacking and Storage:** Your flowers will arrive wrapped in florist paper, bubble wrap, and tissue paper. Carefully unwrap the layers. Keep the box and bubble wrap for re-packaging. Store artificial bouquets upright in a vase, glass, or jar to maintain their shape. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. For dried flowers, store in an airtight container, flat or upright, away from moisture and heat. **Transporting:** Re-package flowers in the original box, bubble wrap, and tissue. Avoid packing too tightly to prevent damage. **Cleaning:** For artificial flowers, use a damp cloth or a cool hairdryer to remove dust. For dried flowers, use a soft makeup brush or a cool hairdryer. Proper care ensures your flowers last a lifetime.
